UKCC Level 1 – Assistant Coach Award
The aim of the UKCC Level 1 course is to enable coaches to assist more qualified coaches, delivering aspects of coaching sessions - normally under direct supervision. Candidates must be at least 16 years old, have sound netball knowledge and experience of the netball as well as an understanding of the rules. Upon completion of the course coaches will be able to:
• prepare for the delivery of coaching activities
• deliver prepared activities of the coaching sessions
• evaluate the effectiveness of coaching activities
