Attached is a flyer that outlines what the session is about, along with a sign up link that you can also find below. We ask that you sign up to the session to allow us to manage the number of attendees at each session and ensure there is enough refreshments present on the day.
There is a practical element to the workshop, while we aim to have a group of netballers to support this session, we may require your support depending on number of attendees. This session will not be too physically demanding, therefore if you are able to support, please bring suitable footwear.
