Walking Netball Host Training workshop
The aim of this six-hour workshop is to provide people with the skills they need to be able to host a Walking Netball session. The workshop includes a mix of both theory and practical sessions.

The workshop is aimed at new or aspiring Walking Netball Hosts. Attendees do not need any previous qualifications to complete this training. They must have a desire to work with this audience.

You need to have Full England Netball Membership for all Officiating courses and for your qualification to be valid, once gained.
C Award
To attend a C course, your Into officiating qualification (assessment not just course attended) needs to be on your Engage account
After a course you continue your journey with the County Officiating leads.
B Award
If you wish to attend a B award. Your C award qualification needs to be on your Engage account.
After a course you continue your journey with the Regional Officiating lead.

Who is this course for?
Perfect for those who are at least 16 years of age, who wish to start coaching netball. You will need to have an understanding of the rules and a sound knowledge and experience of the game.
Level two courses – Blended
Before booking you need to read the Booking information
Who is the course for? Perfect for those who have been an active coach in netball for a minimum of 2 years or have a Level 1 Certificate in Coaching Netball.

If you already have an Engage account please ensure that your marketing preferences on your Engage account are set to receive information from EN, as an email is automatically sent with confirmation / joining details once you have booked and paid (these are from first sport International (FSI) and often go into people’s junk). If creating a new account, the same applies, please ensure you enable communication from England Netball.
Please check you have received confirmations after you have submitted your booking, copies of emails sent should also be in your Engage account - communication history. Ensure this is checked in advance of the start of your course.

You must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have full membership of England Netball
- Be able to communicate effectively in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
- Have the specified UK Coaching Safeguarding and Protecting Children training certificate before the end of the course content delivery. You will need to upload a copy of your certificate onto your e-portfolio
- Have one of the recognised First Aid at Work certificates in the link below by the end of the course content delivery. You will need to upload a copy of your certificate onto your e-portfolio

**Membership to book onto courses**
Any aspiring coaches and umpires who would like to secure their place on a course but aren’t members right now can join the 2021/22 membership from Sunday 1 August* in order to unlock access to these member-exclusive (or discounted) courses.
If you are not a part of a club or your clubs membership isn’t ready you can buy a 2021/22 membership in the short term through your county netball association .
(If your club is collecting club fees through ENgage, coaches and umpires can always top up their membership with your club later).
Finally, please be mindful that in most cases both 2020/21 and 2021/22 memberships are available for sale throughout August.
New joiners should carefully select the right membership scheme, for the right membership year, in ENgage before checking out.
