Netball Europe C Umpire Award

AIM: To prepare umpires with the knowledge of the rules and umpire competencies to umpire at adult club level.

OUTCOMES:
  • To be able to apply the rules and control the game by penalising correctly obvious infringements.
  • Correct use of voice, whistle and terminology, positioning and movement, keeping a scorecard.
  • Ability to umpire nationwide.

ELIGIBILITY & EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum age – 14 years old.
  • Experience and knowledge of umpiring at school and/or league level.
  • England Netball affiliated.
  • Must pass a C Test (to apply for when confident enough after some practising).
