Please complete the questionnaire below to have your say. This is your opportunity as an Umpire to influence our direction for the next strategy cycle.
Think big, think outside of the box and share your ideas with us. For Umpires under 18 please use this link - https://forms.office.com/r/wwHS438SUU For Umpires over 18 please use this link - https://forms.office.com/r/NtuYf4StTH For Technical Officials please use this link - https://forms.office.com/r/skxX9XFJkK The questionnaire closes on 1st October at 17.00pm and should only take about 6-8 minutes. You may need some additional thinking time regarding the following question which will be asked. Much of the previous 2018-2021 strategy came from input and suggestions that we received from the officiating family. By thinking big and without the constraints of time or money, please let us know what your major game changers would be and why you would like to see them included our next officiating strategy. A Game Changer is an event, idea, or procedure that effects a significant shift in the current way of doing or thinking about something. I look forward to reading your responses in the coming weeks. Many Thanks. Gary Burgess - Head of Officiating.

CMHW was created by children’s mental health charity Place2Be, whose aim is to highlight the importance of mental wellbeing among children and young people. The theme of the week is ‘Express Yourself.’ From being a de-stressor to teaching individuals how to deal with setbacks, there’s plenty of evidence that taking part in physical activity can have a positive impact on mental wellbeing. A survey of England Netball members found that 94% of members agree being involved in netball has made a positive difference to their mood and outlook. :: Read More :: Tracey Neville is returning to Vitality Netball Superleague (VNSL) champions Manchester Thunder as Performance Operations Director.

We are hugely disappointed that the series cannot happen in January, but with the extended restrictions to international travel between the UK and Jamaica, it isn’t possible for the fixture to go ahead as planned. We would like to thank the Jamaican national team and the Vitality Roses for their collective efforts to plan and prepare for the series to date, and their support in making this decision. As we look ahead to the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, we are committed to getting the Vitality Roses back to the court for crucial preparation and competitive game time. We are working behind the scenes to confirm potential new fixtures, whilst continuing to ensure the health and safety of all players and staff. We will confirm new dates for the Jamaica series later this year, in line with evolving Government guidance and will update all stakeholders on plans as soon as we can. Finally, we would like to thank our partners and the Netball Family for their continued support during these challenging times for our sport. |
