Our Academy currently supports 80 county athletes across U13 & U15 age groups, and we’re ready to take things to the next level.

* Lead and shape our County Academy programme
* Drive a high-performance environment
* Support the development of talented young athletes
* Work closely with coaches, athletes, and parents

Someone passionate about performance, athlete development, and building a strong, positive culture within county netball.
