Goalden Globe Celebrations

The North West region took advantage of Northern Thunder's final NSL home game of the season on Saturday 5th May, to host their annual Goalden Globe Awards at the Thunderdome in Manchester.

The occasion brought together the many dedicated and hard-working netball volunteers from across the region to both celebrate another fabulous year of netball achievements in the North West and receive formal recognition from their peers.

Entry Conditions: There is an entry fee of £20.00 for EN affiliated teams and £35.00 for non-affiliated teams, which isa contribution towards the running costs of the event. All cheques should be made payable to England Netball. The Competition and Events department must receive your completed application form, together with your payment, nolater than Friday 25th May 2012. COACH VACANCY

Carr Hill High school are looking to appoint a Coach to work 5.5 hours per week from September. The coach will need to have an England Netball Level 2 Coach qualification and CRB clearance. Applicants may be asked to attend an informal interview and to deliver a session to pupils in July. The Coach will be required to develop a squad and be available to take to fixtures on Wednesdays.

Start date: September 2012
Fee: £25 per hour
Duration: 5.5 hours per week
