Club Development

Clubs are the lifeblood of netball in this country. Our 2008 clubs survey told us that:

  * 59% of netball clubs would like more volunteers

  * Clubs would like more communication from EN particularly regarding funding

  * New and smaller clubs would like more support as would those that do not have junior members

  * Netball Clubs have on average 10 volunteers helping out behind the scenes

  * Most clubs have people interested in gaining more qualifications and developing their skills.
